We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. In the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible. Please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours so we can also file a claim on our end.
Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.
We do our absolute best to ship all Direct to Film orders out within the current turnaround times listed on product pages and the banner at the top of our site. Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day. Day 1 of production is the day you place your order if your order is received by 12pm EST. If your order is received after 12pm EST, day 1 of production is the following business day after you place your order. If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday. Shipping transit is in addition to the production time. Please plan accordingly.
If you have orders with different types of items, they may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays. Business days are counted as Monday – Friday only and the day of your order is not counted unless the order is received by 12pm EST.
